PENGARUH KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL TERHADAP HASIL PELATIHAN PESERTA DIKLATPIM III DAN IV TAHUN 2019 DI PUSDIKLAT PEGAWAI KEMENDIKBUD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial competencies held by participants of PIM Training III and IV, on the results of Level III and IV Leadership Education and Training. The targets of this study were the participants of Training for PIM III and IV for Class 1 of 2019 as many as 22 participants for Training for PIM III, and 20 participants for Training for PIM IV in the Education and Training Center of Ministry of Education and Culture. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire compiled by referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2017 Concerning the Competency Standards of the Position of the State Civil Apparatus. The results showed managerial competence had a positive influence on the results of the Training and Education Training III (0.025 <0.05) and the results of the Training Training and Education Training IV (0.035 <0.05). The relationship between managerial competency variables and training outcome variables in Diklatpim III correlates significantly (p value = 0.05), whereas in Diklatpim IV the relationship between the two variables correlates insignificantly (p value = 0.07). Thus the increase in managerial competence is directly proportional to the improvement in the results of Diklatpim III training. But managerial competency improvement is not directly proportional to the results of Diklatpim IV    training. The results of Diklatpim III training are influenced by managerial competence by 17.80% while the results of the Diklatpim IV training are influenced by managerial competence by 17.10%. Means that the results of the training of Diklatpim III and IV of Class 1 of 2019 are influenced by other variables outside this study amounting to 82.20% to 82.90%.Keywords: Managerial competence, training results of Diklatpim III and IV, correlation
