Determinasi Kegagalan Penyaluran Insentif pada Program Kartu Prakerja: Peran Jumlah Penerima Program dan Insentif

Program Kartu Prakerja merupakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja sekaligus memberikan bantuan insentif kepada masyarakat. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih ditemukan kendala berupa kegagalan pembayaran insentif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penerima program dan penerima insentif terhadap kegagalan pembayaran insentif pada Program Kartu Prakerja di Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder periode 2020–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penerima program dan penerima insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kegagalan pembayaran insentif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin besar jumlah penerima, maka potensi kegagalan pembayaran juga meningkat akibat kompleksitas sistem dan administrasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem penyaluran insentif.
