Abstract

This study aims to find out how the granting of Non-Permanent Employees (PTT) compensation in the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP. The aspects examined in this study consisted of aspects of salary and leave aspects. The research method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data analysis conducted in this study was to describe the overall and systematic relationship between the symptom units studied and include the author's assessment of the research results found. The results showed that 1) The granting of Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) salaries at the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP was often given late and it was still not said to be fair and proper. 2) The granting of Permanent Employee Leave (PTT) at the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP is also still not well implemented. By looking at the actual conditions occurring in the field, many of the Non-Permanent Employees (PTT) at the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP have not all felt leave. For this reason, it is suggested that 1) make a policy that regulates the timeliness in the provision of salaries while improving the procedures / flow of salaries to be more effective and efficient. In addition, re-establishing the rules governing the amount / nominal salary in accordance with current needs. 2) Improve and reorganize special work schedules for Temporary Employees (PTT) and re-socialize Pergub 161 of 2009 which explains the procedure for granting leave and also stipulates a policy to replace leave in the form of compensation if Temporary Employees (PTT) come to work on holidaysKeywords: Compensation for Non-Permanent Employees (PTT)
