Abstract

PTSP Services Goes to Mall is a service innovation program providing licensing and non licensing services at the mall, this program is intended to help Jakarta residents who have a high level of busyness, limited access to information and licensing/non-licensing services. This program is intended to change the image of local government that is considered rigid and complicated. This study aims to evaluate whether this program is significantly relevant with the standards of service in accordance with the application of Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service with following categories: resources, disposition, communication, bureaucratic structure and program sustainability. In achieving the objectives, the interview method used is in-depht interview with secondary data provided by the PM & PTSP Service and PTSP representatives in the DKI Jakarta area as well we used literature studies Keyword: PTSP Goes to Mall, Public Service, Dinas PM & PTSP
