Efektifitas Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Teknis Kesehatan Hewan Terhadap Peningkatan Kompetensi dan Kinerja Pelayanan Kepada Masyarakat

Abstract

The research aims to find out(1) Effectiveness of animal health technical training implementation in improving the competency of training alumni. (2) To determine the positive impact of animal health training in improving the performance of alumni in animal health services to the community. The research was conducted using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The variables studied consisted of two main variables, namely competence and performance of animal health services to the community.The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique that aims to explore or construct a proposition or explain the meaning behind reality, where the researcher rests on the reality or events that occur in the field. The results showed that the Animal Health Technical Training was effective in improving the performance of officers through the implementation of training materials by participants in the implementation of their tasks with a detailed average of 26.9% Respondents applying were very complete, 67.9% implemented completely, and 5.2% implemented quite complete. Animal Health Technical Training has a positive impact on individual participants, institutions and stakeholders. For institutions is the increase in stakeholder trust in public services held by the Office handling livestock, which is ultimately beneficial for stakeholders, namely increasing livestock health rates and decreasing livestock mortality.Keywords:training evaluation, officer performance
