Abstract
The recruitment of members of the National Police Bintara so far has been carried out by prioritizing Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduates, both new graduates and graduates afterwards with certain requirements. With the development of the National Police organization, in 2019 the National Police provided opportunities for outstanding children in the academic, sports, and religious fields to be accepted as members of the National Police through the talent scouting program. The requirements that must be met in the selection process prioritize how these outstanding children can become members of the National Police.Keywords: Acceptance, National Police, Talent Scouting.
