Determinan yang Mempengaruhi Program Inovasi Gerai Cepat Dukcapil (Gercep Dukcapil) di Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the process of innovation and the supporting factors and inhibitors of Gercep Dukcapil in Bekasi Regency. The problem of public services in Indonesia is still related to the approach of conducting public affairs that are centralistic, non-participatory and not accommodating to the public interest which has caused community disappointment to the Government. The application of the innovation service Gercep Dukcapil in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has experienced a good increase with several indicators that support in improving the quality of the service. The traditional to modern mindset of the Bekasi Regency Government's mismatches in Disdukcapil's performance in conducting population administration and civil registration services which then underlies the importance of an innovation in service that is manifested in Gercep Dukcapil services. This condition is also supported by good collaboration between the Regional Government and the private sector in realizing an integrated public service that can be integrated with public access spaces such as shopping centers.
