Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence the sustainability of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) program in DKI Jakarta even though the Regional Head has changed. This research is expected to have a positive impact and can be a reference for other innovation programs in order to continue in the future. This research was designed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data that can be derived from interviews and other official documents. A qualitative approach is carried out by conducting interviews with key informants selected with certain considerations as well as literature studies. KJP program is an innovation program in an effort to meet the basic needs of the community, especially in the field of education. This program provides the widest possible access to DKI Jakarta residents who are less able to send their children to higher levels of education. The KJP Plus program can actually continue because of several factors, including the resource factor (both HR and financial / financial), external support, and the effects / effects of this KJP program.Keywords: Innovation program; Meeting the Basic Needs of the Community
