Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara dan prinsip sustainable human resource management dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Instansi Pemerintah. Sustainable human resource management merupakan pendekatan strategis yang memadukan aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan dalam pengelolaan SDM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 telah mengadopsi beberapa prinsip sustainable human resource management, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan praktik sustainable human resource management yang berpotensi diterapkan di instansi pemerintah, seperti penguatan kapasitas SDM, integrasi prinsip keberlanjutan dalam kebijakan, dan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya sustainable human resource management. Mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan, evaluasi kinerja berkelanjutan, kesejahteraan pegawai, keadilan dan transparansi, dan pengukuran dan pelaporan keberlanjutan
